ARE YOUR CLOTHES MADE IN THE USA?
​Some shirts are 100% made in America, and all use 100% American-grown cotton. 
All clothing is designed, printed, and packaged in the USA. 


HOW DO I BEST CARE FOR MY CLOTHING?

Do not dryclean; For best care, machine wash garment inside out on luke warm (max  85F) or colder setting; Do not bleach; Tumble dry: low/no heat; Do not iron or steam. For best results, turn garments inside out before washing.
ALL SOLID COLOR SHIRTS ARE 100% AMERICAN COTTON AND WILL SHRINK IF WASHED AND DRIED IN HOT TEMPERATURES.
HEATHER SHIRTS ARE A POLY BLEND AND WILL ONLY SHRINK SLIGHTLY IF WASHED AND DRIED IN HOT TEMPERATURES​.
ALL TANKS AND HOODIES ARE A POLY BLEND AND WILL ONLY SHRINK SLIGHTLY IF WASHED AND DRIED IN HOT TEMPERATU
RES​.

Please check the size charts in the photos. We recommend buying one size up if you wash/dry in hot temperatures.​​

HOW ARE YOUR CLOTHES PRINTED?
We use Brother GTX to produce outstanding full-color direct-to-garment (DTG) prints, at 1200 DPI, using cutting-edge Innobella inks. Innobella Textile inks are water-based pigment inks that are OEKO-TEX, Eco-Pass certified and CPSIA-compliant. You can be confident that their print has high durability and washability because Innobella Textile inks have scored 4.0 or higher on the AATCC wash test!!


WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay (On iOS devices) Klarna, and Google Pay.


WHEN AM I CHARGED FOR MY ORDER?
All orders, including pre-orders, are charged at the time they are placed.


CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
YES! But only within 24 hours of ordering. Use the chat feature on the website, or call 980-643-0913 or email info@redpillthreads.com


CAN I ADD/DELETE AN ITEM FROM MY ORDER?
Sorry, but we are unable to add/delete items from an order once it is placed. Please place a separate order for an additional item or contact us and we can cancel your order so you can place a new one


CAN I COMBINE ORDERS TO SAVE ON SHIPPING?
Unfortunately, we cannot combine orders after they have been placed.


HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please note, it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking number to update in the USPS system. If you did not receive a shipping confirmation, please email us.


WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Orders are currently shipping within 3-4 business days, however this could vary during times of heavier order volumes.


HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
USA: $7.95 flat or free over $100
International: $20 flat or free over $200


HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Once your order has shipped, it will take approximately 3-5 business days to be delivered within the USA.

If you have received a defective item, please send us an email with photos and we will correct the issue.
